Breach of these standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund. We reserve the right to make determinations of breach at our sole discretion.
4. Sales Walks®: participation and liability
Sales Walks® are voluntary outdoor walking events held in public spaces. By attending a Sales Walk® you confirm that you are physically able to participate in the planned route and that you take full personal responsibility for your own health and safety throughout the event.
SapX Ltd and the UK Sales Association® accept no liability whatsoever for any accident, injury, illness, loss or damage to property suffered by any member or attendee during or in connection with a Sales Walk® event. Members attend entirely at their own risk.
Routes take place in public spaces not under our control. Weather, conditions underfoot, third-party hazards and other factors are beyond our management. Members are responsible for wearing appropriate footwear and clothing, managing their own hydration and medical needs, and informing the host of any relevant health conditions or mobility requirements in advance.
SapX Ltd does not hold personal liability or accident insurance on behalf of attendees. Members are encouraged to arrange their own personal accident insurance if they wish to do so.
5. Behind the Close®: confidentiality
Behind the Close® sessions are private, unrecorded conversations. Content discussed within these sessions is shared in confidence and must remain within the session. Members must not record, transcribe, share, quote or otherwise reproduce any content from Behind the Close® sessions in any format.
Content shared within Behind the Close® sessions constitutes peer conversation only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical or any other form of regulated advice.
6. Events: general terms
Attendance at all events associated with the UK Sales Association® is voluntary. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or modify any event at any time. We are not liable for any costs incurred by members in connection with attending or preparing to attend any event, including travel, accommodation or loss of earnings.
Members whose conduct at an event is deemed inappropriate by a host or moderator may be asked to leave. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
7. Advice and guidance: disclaimer
Nothing shared within the UK Sales Association®, whether in the community platform, at events, in sessions, or by speakers, hosts or moderators, constitutes professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, medical, career or psychological advice. All content is shared as peer experience and personal opinion only.
Members are solely responsible for any decisions made based on content encountered through their membership. SapX Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage or consequence arising from any action taken or not taken as a result of content shared within the community.
8. Intellectual property
The UK Sales Association®, UKSA, the Lonely Sales Club®, Sales Walks® and Behind the Close® are trademarks of SapX Ltd.
