Professional recognition
Peer-reviewed Fellowship standing, a digital credential and a professional identity you can display on your CV, profile and professional communications.
You’ve spent years leading people, making difficult decisions and delivering commercial results. Let that experience stand for something more.
Founding Fellowship is peer-reviewed professional recognition for accomplished sales and commercial leaders, bringing experienced people together to build relationships, share judgement and shape the next generation.
Recognition matters most when it is backed by a meaningful standard and the people who uphold it. Founding Fellowship brings together experienced professionals whose judgement and contribution can benefit the wider sales profession.
Your application is reviewed on substantive professional evidence.
Connect through Fellow discussions and roundtables as they are scheduled.
Share what you have learned, support emerging talent and help shape the profession.
Your recognition is assessed once you apply. Your annual Fellowship then offers an ongoing professional home, valuable connections and opportunities to give back.

Pass on hard-won experience by supporting peers and younger salespeople, including those aged 18–24 who join UKSA free.
The Lonely Sales Club® app is planned to make it easier for members and Fellows to discover and connect with relevant mentors and peers. Fellowship already centres on peer review and the UKSA professional community.
Applications are assessed against six dimensions. It’s your evidence, not your job title or years served alone, that informs the peer-review decision.
Apply for peer review ↗Demonstrable commercial outcomes such as revenue, retention, margin, significant agreements or strategic programmes, supported by evidence.
Growth in professional responsibility, breadth of experience and complexity of the roles you have undertaken.
Accountability for teams, budgets, commercial markets, strategic programmes or decisions at organisational scale.
Examples of difficult decisions, competing priorities, negotiations, sound judgement and lessons learned.
Evidence of mentoring, coaching, supporting colleagues, developing talent or building leadership capability.
How you share your experience, participate in your professional community and support the next generation.

Every experienced leader remembers the advice they wish they had received earlier. Founding Fellowship gives you a way to pass that experience forward to young people aged 18–24, who can join UKSA free.
Fellows can express an interest in contributing to the Fund's development and serving on its oversight committee, helping guide its priorities, review activity and champion opportunities for young people. Committee participation is by selection rather than an automatic Fellowship entitlement.
Join an assessed community of commercial leaders, strengthen your professional standing and put your experience to work for others.
